1. Use of the Software

TaskLite is provided "as is" for personal or professional productivity use. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any personal synchronization servers you configure.

2. Local-First Nature

You acknowledge that TaskLite operates primarily as a local application. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, app deletion, or improper configuration of third-party sync services (e.g., PocketBase).

3. Intellectual Property

All design assets, code, and branding elements associated with TaskLite are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer or distribute the app without explicit permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskLite and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
